Why Do a Life Journey Assessment?
In this exploration and contemplation, we will take both a holistic overview perspective of your life journey as well as dive a bit deeper into several particular areas of your Timeline. This assessment is designed to:
  • Uncover your unconscious patterns, underlying stories, and belief drivers that have been at play throughout your life and bring them into your conscious awareness.
  • Identify the interplay between your mindset and emotions and how they have related to your life decisions and experiences.
  • Uncover the people and relationship influencers of your life. To what extent does your Timeline Map show you that "you are a composite of the five closest people in your life"? Who has helped and Guided you along the way?
  • Identify the predominant level of consciousness that framed your life experience at various points on your Timeline. This understanding becomes the basis for knowing what level of consciousness has been at play so you can consciously raise your vibration to elevate your life!
  • Connect the dots between decisions made and experiential outcomes. What learning and wisdom have you gained?
  • Uncover the nature of the Character you have been and Who you are Becoming. What growth and strengthening of your personal character is apparent over time? What is hardening? What is softening? Do you love the person you are Becoming?
  • Identify how your Soul Whispers have been supporting you or guiding you to experience your Soul's growth evolution throughout your life.
  • Reframe your life experiences as a "Hero's Journey" where our heroine always prevails!
When you are able to bring what is unconscious into conscious awareness, you have taken the first MASSIVE step towards creating the life that you DO want to be living!
